Nick and the team at Benson are AWESOME! I was having major issues with my previous provider not receiving a signal when my alarm was triggered. I no longer felt me and my daughter were safe in our home. Nick and the team came out right away and told me what my options were and what the newest technology had to offer. They got me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me a bunch of upgrades I didn't need.
They followed up with me after the installation to make sure everything was working properly and that I felt comfortable utilizing the system. We have been using Benson Systems for our fire and burglar alarm system monitoring and maintenance since 2001, when we first moved our Corporate Headquarters to Gilbert.
Back then, Shawn Benson met with us and facilitated the installation of our system
in our newly built facility and was very helpful in recommending a system that would
take care of our needs then and be able to handle the future expansion of the facility
that we had in our plans.
While the system has been nearly problem free, Benson’s Service Team has been very responsive to our needs; whether they were programming changes or troubleshooting and repair.
