Benson Systems offers a Preferred Service Plan with all systems we install.
With the Preferred Service Plan (PSP) all service calls, repairs and replacements parts are covered for as long as the PSP is in place and the account is current.
Terms and Conditions of Preferred Service Plan:
All service calls must be performed Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Service calls requested outside of this time period will be billed at after hours weekend, holiday or emergency rates.
Repair or replacement parts are covered, with the exception of theft, vandalism, intentional damage or Acts of God.
