Benson Systems goes to great lengths to assure all of our parking lot lighting customers they are getting what the paid for by providing an easy to follow outline (in CAD or PDF form) of the lighting on their properties. On each outline we indicate where all fixtures are located and what types of bulbs are in these fixtures.
Each month in our inspection report we will indicate which of the bulbs need to be replaced and we will replace the bulbs with long lasting, energy efficient bulbs.
We can help you with timers and the adjustments of the electric eyes that determine the darkness or brightness level of the day.
